My name is Mikhael Ricks.  I'm from Anahuac Texas and played college football at SFA.  I was drafted by the San Diego Chargers in 1998 and also played for the KC Chiefs and Detroit Lions for a total of 7 years in the NFL and a Pro Bowl selection in 2002.  I was the sports performance director for Velocity San Diego were I masted the art of speed, agility and power training for athletes ages 8 to Professional Athletes.  I currently reside in Miami, FL where I work for Shula's Athletic Club as a Sports Performance Coach and train in the art of bootcamp fitness and coaching athletes to better perfect their athleticism.
