This is a pretty common sight in Florida. The shape of the dorsal fin, the size of the tail fins, and the lack of a secondary dorsal fin lead me to believe that it is a dolphin (aka porpoise), doing a little body surfing with her human brothers. If you look closely, you can see what appears to be the smaller silhouette of a calf beside her.
