Brown’s football career started in the mid-80’s at Notre Dame, where the wide receiver was a two-time All-American, a Walter Camp Award winner and the 1987 Heisman Trophy winner.
Upon leaving Notre Dame, he had one of the most illustrious careers of any wide receiver in NFL history. Over 16 years in the league with the Raiders and Bucaneers, Brown was a nine-time Pro Bowler, and was also all conference six times.
He retired early in 2005, with one of the most memorable careers in league history. Upon retirement, he finished with 1094 receptions and 100 touchdown catches, both ranking him third all-time. He also finished second in career receiving yards, his 14,934 trailing only Jerry Rice. NFL insiders all agree, Brown is one of the two or three best ever to play the wide receiver position.
In joining the BetFlix video team, Brown brings you all those years of experience and a deep network of league contacts to help you make your picks.
