The Yanks Fall
Written by veetz, Monday April 05 2010
Today the Yankees lost to the Red Sox in a tough game. The Yankees made to many mistakes, including the past ball which scored the go ahead run, which made the score 8-7. Although the Yankees lost, they had a few guys who I thought had good performances.Brett Gardener ad a couple of hits and a stolen base, and even Curtis Granderson had a home run in his first at bat. Another guy i though was good until he got roughed up was C.C Sabathia, he was pitching a one hitter through four until the Red Sox had three consecutive hits to left and the tables tables started to turn.I am looking for the Bronx Bombers to bounce back and win the next two in Boston because I feel that there team is too good to lose two consecutive.

This article makes me sad. Not because of the content, but because of the lack of basic writing skills exhibited by the writer. I wonder if this is an indictment on all schools or just those in NY. And why do you guys hate poor Brett Gardner and his enormous neck?

Brett Gardener was advertising scarfs for people with enormous necks.

I don't know, when it says "to many mistakes" is that in reference to the Yankees or the grammar? I also missed Brett Gardener's ad.

Haha, he is referring to a ball that is no longer with us...you know, deceased.

*Passed ball... unless you were going for historical meaning there.
