Former NHLPA executive director Paul Kelly has moved on. While the title remains the same, he now runs College Hockey Inc. Kelly leads this company that's barely a few months old with the objective of raising the profile of NCAA hockey. I sat down with Kelly to find out how he intends on accomplishing his goal:
