If I were Omar.... Part 2

Since the last post some things have changed which alters how I would go about doings things if I were Omar Minaya. The Nats GM said he's not trading Dunn. The Jays are listening to offers for Halladay which may make Rios and Wells not cheap. So here is what I would do:
- Trade some lower level prospects for Ian Snell and possibly Joel Hanrahan.
- Trade for Wells or Rios without giving up Holt, Mejia, Flores, F-Mart, or Niese.
- Sign B.J. Ryan to a minor league contract.
- Trade for either Atkins or Adam LaRoche but only if they can be had cheap.
- Promote Niese to take either Nieve and Livan's spot depending on their next starts.
- Pray that Wagner, Putz, Maine, Reyes, Delgado, and Beltran come back healthy.
