Vintage Kobe in Game three
The first quater of game three was vintage Kobe bryant, hitting well-defended, impossible shots including an and 1 on a three pointer with time running out in the first quater. another welcome sight was the offensive strategy of the Orlando Magic stretching out the defense and creating one on one situations for Dwight howard under the basket. id like to see the same for the Lakers but in my opinion they dont have the personell to pull this off. i feel they need a dominating power forward that crashes the board with authority and a "pure" three point shooter, this will create driving lanes for kobe and you would see a higher level of play and excitement from Kobe and the lakers. at the half the orlando magic led by 5 points, set up by a finals record 75% shooting from the field. but it was the fantastic play of Alston and turkogu of the Magic that provided the spark needed to to keep Orlando a half step ahead of Kobe bryant and the Lakers throughout the game. as the pace heated up in the 4 quater the lakers tied up the game with 2:33 left in the gamebut with a little over a minute left in regulation rashad Lewis hit a clutch two-pointer, wich he had done several times in the game at critical times. but not to be out done, it was "Super Man" Dwight Howard that poked the ball away from Kobe trying to split the double team (with about 40 seconds on the clock)that sealed the fate of the Lakers at the end of the game. although im a Laker fan im glad Orlando won, they played fantastic and didnt deserve to be 0 - 3, event tho it almost happened.

Nooooo, they lost. We are talking about game three, as the title of the article suggests and anyone in the world can plainly see: Vintage bama!..... I cannot wait to see Cobi lead the Lakers and make history be being the first team to lose a 3-1 lead in the Finals. Yes, I do believe Koby will be a legend at last.

What a great article! Right on the money....He makes a couple shots, thinks he's a badass, gets stuffed, turns the ball over, misses a shot when the pressure is on (it's really not that impressive to score points in the 1st qtr/half), his team loses: Vintage Kobe!..... Luckily for the Lakers, they still have Derek Fischer.
