Dustin "Big Buff" Byfuglien, Chicago Blackhawks Torment Vancouver Canucks Again

Vancouver fans must really have a strong disliking for Dustin “Big Buff” Byfuglien after two years of him dominating at their home ice.

Buff did it again Wednesday night, earning his first hat trick since 2008.

We saw Big Buff do this last year against the Canucks. Buff, not being the 30+ goal scoring machine in the regular season, sure seems to find that power when the playoffs start, especially when the Hawks play the Canucks in the playoffs. His success against the team has turned the whole fanbase and players against him. They will get any cheap shot against Buff whenever they feel they can.

Buff’s goals is just salt in the wounds to the Canuck fans. Buff know sit and he openly mocked the fans after his second goal, skating near the glass and raising his hands up in the air as to say How’d you like that?’ Very Russell Crowe like in the movie Gladiator.

The Canuck fans didn’t like it and booed Buff once they announced his name, attributing Buff with the goal. But whether or not they like him or not they have to deal with him, and find a way to stop him.

The Canucks thought being more physical would help them in game three, but it totally backfired. The Canucks spent a lot of time in the penalty box, most of them because of stupid penalties, such as Alexendre Burrow’s unsportsmanlike conduct penalty.  The Hawks scored two power play goals, both of which couldn’t have come in any better of a time.

With that win the Hawks take back home-ice advantage, but why stop at just one road win? How about another to really make the Canuck fans cringe? See if the Hawks can take a commanding 3-1 series lead Friday night at 9:30est.
