Damn Yankees

The New York Yankees, have been un-Yankee like on this long road trip. First they dropped the series against the Texas Rangers; yes the Rangers are playing really well, but come on they are the YANKEES for christ sake. Then this newest series they drop 2 of the 3 game to the ONE team they HAVE to beat the Rays.
Yes CC, worked his ass off for the Yankees like he does everytime he goes out to the mound. And yes I get that it was a pitching deul on Monday, but what about Tuesday; I know they won barely, then today. It was back and fourth so much I thought I was gonna have a heart attack.
Bats need to wake if the Yankees expect to go any where in the postseason. I do think that their defense has been descent, espically with Granderson's amazing catches in Center Field, and the always talented In Field that they have, but that isnt going to win games, it will keep them close.
Need less to say I am very happy that tomorrow is an off day for the team; and hopefully Friday they will get back Breet Gardner and Nick Swisher.
