Capitals crush Avalanche

So, the game was on at 9:30 eastern time, and I needed sleep so I missed most of the game, but from the re-cap I hear that Washington played absolutely fantastic...
So, the game was on at 9:30 eastern time, and I needed sleep so I missed most of the game, but from the re-cap I hear that Washington played absolutely fantastic...I was awake for the Flash and Knuble goal, but after that I just watched the incredible replays. Steckel getting his second goal of the season, Mike Green unfortunately getting boarded and hurt, and the Avs forwards charging Jose Theodore for a disallowed goal was all part of the awesome game. I'll give Colorado credit, they played adequately, but the Caps were out skating them, out manuevering them, and frankly, Washington had better goal tending tonight. Theo faced a tough outing against his former team, but he played very well and was unstoppable.
I can't really give my opinion on much of the game, considering I was snoozing while Washington was giving their best effort, but I know it was a great game.
The Capitals play the Canucks on Friday in Vancouver. Puck drops at 9:30.
