Blackhawks Go Into Vancouver Looking For a Win

After a very dramatic game two at the United Center, the Hawks now have to travel to Vancouver in hopes of stealing a game to take back home-ice advantage.
It wasn't easy for the Hawks the two games they were home after they were handed a 5-1 stomping in game one, but, even though the Canucks went up 2-0 early in game two, the Hawks' different mindset helped them regain composure and pick up the 4-2 win in dramatic fashion.
Winning in Vancouver will be even harder for the Hawks, but then again, maybe not. The Hawks posted a 23-14-4 record away from home. A very respectable record indeed, but Vancouver knows the Hawks are looking to build some momentum going into game three, and will only play better at home.
Keeping the game close in the beginning is something the Hawks need to work on. They no longer have the majority in the stands so they must be and build their own momentum.
Scoring early in your home ice gives the home team an immediate advantage. The fans are into the game and so are the players. Limiting the early goals will be a key factor in the Hawks stealing a game in Vancouver.
Adam Burish and Ben Eager gave the Hawks some very much needed speed and energy im game two, but Blackhawks coach Joel Quennville has been mum about whether they will play in game three. Burish seems to be a bit of a lucky charm, as the Hawks are 4-0 with him playing and 1-3 without him.
I am not a big believer in lucky charms or anything like that, but when a guy like Burish plays and gives you that much-needed extra speed and energy and it ends up in a win, playing him seems like a no-brainer.
Game three airs tonight at 9:30 EST.
