A.L Truth Bag Episode 2: Best Staff in the A.L? The Bigs?

Alright new readers and interested few, its time for the next round of A.L truthbag featuring your host...Me? I guess I'll be the host..but anyways this weeks question deals with pitching staffs. Last week we crowned Porcello A.L Rookie of the Year (Yes!) and now lets talk about the whole staff of some of our favorite A.L teams.

So WHO has the best staff? I used to think last year's Tampa Bay staff was going to dominate the A.L East for a couple of seasons but they are starting to look more like a team that had a surging year and then everyone came back to earth (Can anyone say Colorado Rockies please) only difference between them and those Rockies is that the talent on the Devil Rays...oops...I mean Rays...ugh...is still pretty good and a mid-season surge could push them right into the wildcard. Boston looks to have a dominate pitching staff with many proven arms but stat wise (And yes you know its coming, I have a huge smile) The Tigers are looking to be the golden arms of this year. So who is it? And who has the best overall staff in the bigs?

I had to...I didn't want to leave the N.L boys out this time round (This is for you Big Poppa T.C)

I agree with you. Boston showed the tigers that they are simply better pitching and hitting wise when it comes to who are the big boys of the A.L. Detroit would be second in the A.L because they are pretty solid against the other teams in the division when their pitchers match up against them. The Royals are a joke but a good one to watch because you always are like "when are they going to fall next".

I like Boston's bullpen, and with Beckett getting on track, the Boston rotation could be a force.... I like the Tigers in the Central, probably battling it out with the Twins and White Sox... I can't take the Royals seriously, and the Indians need help in the bullpen and other areas too...baseball is life...
