Choices...Choices...choices...

Personally this episode of A.L truth blog was going to consist of me bragging about who I think the A.L rookie of the year should be up to this point in the season but I think I'm going to have somewhat of a bias opinion being a born and raised Detroiter who watches the team from my humble suburb home like many of the other Tiger faithful. And by bias I mean somewhat uneducated.

I mean my choice is obvious (Porcello, Porcello, Porcello...) but I want to know from the other A.L fan's who do you guys think is going to win rookie of the year? Or better yet...what other rookies are out there? Okay, I'll be fair and I won't name my other choice...who is a longshot but still a rookie...skip it...Ryan Perry? Alright guys lets hear some names.

I'm glad to see you said 'AL' rotation, because, as of right now, they probably don't even have that. Besides, the NL has a few of the best rotations in baseball.

I agree. I mean I was going to be on the Dasvid Price band wagon just on the fact that he was a nice little surprise in last years play-offs. I finally got to see Wieters this week against my team and i don't know. Maybe he needs some time but he's not winning this A.L rookie piece of hardware. He seems like he'll be a great catcher for years to come. And yes the Tiges rotation will be nasty pretty soon. That will be my next big article, Best A.L rotation.

He has yet to play with the big boys, but all the hype Matt Wieters is getting, there is a possibilty there. I'm not familiar with him though, so who knows. Porcello's been great so far, if the D-train can get it rolling, that's a hell of a 1-2-3 with Verlander. If David Price in Tampa picks it up a bit, he's got the stuff. As it stands now though, Porcello by a mile.
