Camby is the league's second-leading rebounder with 12.1 per game. Blake is averaging 7.6 points and 4 assists per game. And Outlaw has not played since breaking his left foot in mid-November and is just about to return to action.
All three players are in the last year of their contracts.
The Clippers have fallen out of the Western Conference playoff race after losing four straight. The Blazers, meanwhile, are currently in the eighth and final playoff spot in the West.
