Ordeal Not Over Yet for Fiancée of Chris Henry
While sources say no charges are expected to be filed, the nightmare isn’t over yet for Loleini Tonga, fiancée of the late Chris Henry.
Police in Charlotte, N.C., say they will not make the final decision on whether or not to file charges in the death of the late Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver until after New Year’s, according to The Charlotte Observer.
So the investigation into Henry’s death and the domestic dispute that might have led to it remain open. Police officials say the police have plans to re-interview Tonga, who was driving the truck on Dec. 16 when Henry fell out, causing a fatal head injury. Police also planned to re-interview witnesses who may have seen or heard the couple arguing.
Police are also awaiting the results of a toxicology report on Henry.

Undoubtably one of the worst things to ever have to happen to someone, but this kid was no Angel. I hear people talk about how his girlfriend should fry but I can't help but think "What was he thinking?" I believe he brought it on himself and that he probably tried to force her to stay after she said she was leaving which enraged Henry to run and try to get in the truck and she sped off while he plummited to the ground. My heart goes out to both sides I couldn't imagine the pain both parties are feeling.
