My name is Maggie Pearson (coaches call me Magstee) I am one of the original girls on the Seattle Mist.  I tried out October 2008. 

 

A friend of mine was helping promote the tryouts and knew I was athletic and asked me to try out. It has been quite a ride the last year being involved with the mist.  I decided to try out because I truley missed being in a team sport environment.   I am the head captain, I put together the social events and I play tight end and I am the kicker. Even though I have a full time job I feel like being on the Mist is a full time job in its own.  Practices are at least twice a week, photoshoots, gym, promotions and much more.  It is so much fun and I hope the Seattle Mist fan base continues to grow!!

Thanks for the great team and group photos. Your uniforms are much nicer than the Seahawks - and I mean the color combos, not the lingerie part...although that certainly doesn't hurt :-)
