Rocky used to train with chickens. On Survivor they have a pretty straightforward purpose as well. However, in the Pittsburgh-area home of former Steelers defensive back Deshea Townsend there is no telling what the live chicken police seized Sunday night was used for.
As for the 16 guns, 1,500 bricks of heroin, over $100,000 in cash and jewelry, Cuban cigars, and cars--we know what those are used for.
The chicken—not so much.
On a good note it appears that a former member of the Steel Curtain may not be directly involved. Townsend has been coaching defensive backs down south at Mississippi State.
Police have already arrested two individuals in connection with the raid. Neither person arrested was on the lease.
Call it a hunch, but Townsend will likely be much, much more careful about who he leases his rental properties to.
