One expensive retirement.

Kyle Orton has repeatedly told Jerry Jones and the Dallas Cowboys that he wants to retire and they are trying everything they can to prevent him from doing so.

Besides not receiving this year’s salary of $3.25 million they want Orton to pay back $3 million of signing bonus money since he is still under contract.

This basically means that if he does in fact retire it is going to cost him $6.25 million to do so.

Orton must have saved a lot of money if in fact he can pay back $3 million and still have a decent nest egg to live on.
