No Fun League strikes again.

During the winter meetings the NFL, which continually keeps doing things to confirm that it stands for the “No Fun League” has banned the practice of dunking the football over the goal posts after a touchdown.

According to the rule a player cannot use the ball as a prop and dunking it over the goal post makes it a prop and a 15-yard penalty.

Wouldn’t a spike be using the ball as a prop as well then?

I wonder if this new rule is going to be called the “Jimmy Graham” rule as time goes on.
