Money over loyalty.
The Denver Broncos released Pro-Bowl cornerback Champ Bailey in a salary cap move on Thursday.

Bailey spent ten years on the Broncos with eight Pro Bowl appearances and 34 interceptions after a trade with the Washington Redskins in 2004.

But the Broncos could not overlook the $10 million in cap space and loyalty is not considered in the business of the NFL and after a 43-8 thrashing in the Super Bowl last month it’s obvious there are holes to be filled on the roster.
