Young Shanahan back at work.

Kyle Shanahan agreed to a three-year deal with the Cleveland Browns to become the teams new offensive coordinator on Monday. He is expected to sign the deal on Tuesday.

Shanahan has a big job in front of him as the first thing he needs is a quarterback. The Browns could take one with the fourth overall pick in this years NFL Draft which could compete with Brian Hoyer who is expected to be ready after his knee injury to participate in offseason workouts.

Mike Pettine now has both of his coordinators in place with Jim O’Neil running the defense.
