Ding Dong Deng to Cleveland.
The Chicago Bulls traded Luol Deng to the Cleveland Cavaliers for center Andrew Bynum and three draft picks on Monday night and then promptly waived Bynum on Tuesday prior to the second half of his $12.3 million contract became guaranteed.
The Bulls had continually said they would not trade Deng as a salary dump move but then after he turned down their most recent contract extension offer off to Cleveland he went.

Bulls GM John Paxson said the team will save $20.6 million in luxury taxes that would have been owed with Deng on the roster.
Needless to say, Bulls players are not too happy about losing one their most popular teammates.
