Seattle may sit Percy Harvin till the playoffs
Percy Harvin seemed like a great acquisition when the team picked him up. However, it is starting to look like the team will not be able to see if that’s true—until the playoffs that is.
A hip injury continues to bother Harvin so the team ruled him out for the Monday night game, and rumors have started to circulate that he could be sat done for the regular season.
As nice as it would be to test drive the offenses newest weapon before the playoffs the team might not need him. While there is no dynamic receiving threat currenlty playing Wilson has done a great job of spreading the ball around. With things working so well and his health a question mark it actually seems logical to go ahead and give him a few more weeks off.
This could be good and bad. It will be great for Seattle to have him back and healthy, but bad because he and Wilson will not have their timing down—and the playoffs are not the place to work on timing.
