A winter wonderland.

On senior day Notre Dame, the Catholics, beat Brigham Young, the Mormons, 23-13 on a snowy day in South Bend.

Notre Dame scored on three of its first four possessions of the game to open a 17-7 lead.

Irish quarterback Tommy Rees threw for 235 yards and a touchdown and running back Cam McDaniel rushed for a career-high 117 yards of the offenses 470 total yards.
