Liberal Media Helped Create Miami Bullying Fiasco
Liberal Media Helped Create Miami Bullying Fiasco

While the Liberal media didn't start the whole bullying fiasco in the Miami Dolphis locker room between Richie Incognito and Jonathan Martin, they sure as hell took a non-story and made it national news.

When I heard about Miami Dolphins offensive lineman Jonathan Martin leaving the team because of hazing or bullying, my first thought was, 'What a Wuss.'

Then, when I heard that the person responsible for Martin leaving the team was Richie Incognito, who is such a jerk that he was kicked off the Nebraska football team, I thought, OK, maybe there's something to this whole thing.

But now that the liberal media took this thing and ran with it without so much as a word from Martin himself, I have to say I'm disgusted.  No, I'm no longer disgusted that Martin may have been bullied and had the "N-Word" hurled at him.  I'm actually disgusted that there isn't really a story here.

Incognito gave his first interview to Fox Sports, which aired it on Sunday.  In that interview, it was revealed that not even Martin is mad at Incognito.

Four days after leaving the team, Martin sent a text message to Incognito that read, "Wassup man?  The world's gone crazy lol.  I'm good tho congrats on the win.  Yeah, I'm good man.  It's insane bro but just know I don't blame you guys at all.  It's just the culture around football and the locker room got to me a little."

So, the first confirmed words from Martin on this not only exonerate Incognito of ANY wrongdoing, he also says it wasn't him who went to the media and created this whole overblown situation.

Obviously, it was the N-word that created the real stir here, and Incognito admits he was wrong to use it.  But he also points out that all players use the word, none more than the African-American players themselves.  So maybe loud-mouth hypocrites like Warren Sapp should just shut up.  He's actually one of the few ex-players who didn't support Incognito.  Heck, the entire Dolphins roster supported Incognito and said they considered Incognito and Martin "best friends."

The problem is that those words don't fan the flames of racism and create a story out of nothing.  Maybe all of these pontificating hypocrites in the liberal media should just stop playing the Race Card and see that the facts do not support their witch-hunt.

Jonathan Martin chose to walk away from professional football, because he just didn't like it very much.  See, no story there.
