First of many?
University of South Carolina defensive end Jadeveon Clowney is considered to be a top five pick in next Aprils NFL draft and word has it that he is holding himself out of games to avoid injury and hurt his chances at a big pay day.
He didn’t play last weekend and he himself made the decision that he was not going to play because of injury although what the actual injury supposedly is no one knows.
Even coach Steve Spurrier seems to not have a problem with it was tweeted as such.
Spurrier on Clowney: "If he never plays another snap here, we all should be thankful and appreciative that he came to South Carolina."

What kind of precedence is this going to have? How many other college athletes will follow suit?
This move by Clowney if true, only makes it a certainty that what ever team drafts him in April will have a long and tedious holdout to deal with before he ever gets on an NFL field.
