The Dog Pound is Barking Again.

Brian Hoyer grew up a Cleveland Browns fan and always dreamed of a day like this.

In his second start in place of injured Brandon Weeden, Hoyer threw two touchdown passes in his first start at home to lead the upstart Browns to a 17-6 win over the Cincinnati Bengals on Sunday.

With the outcome still in doubt with the Browns holding on to a 10-6 lead late in the fourth quarter, Hoyer drove the Browns 91 yards in 12 plays for the clinching score.

He then turned and ran full speed towards the 50-yard line with index finger point in the air as more than 70,000 Browns screamed in approval.
