Stupid is as stupid does.


San Francisco 49ers linebacker Aldon Smith was arrested for driving under the influence and possession of marijuana early Friday morning in San Jose after he crashed the car he was driving.
 
This is not Smith’s first altercation either. In January 2012 he was also arrested for DUI and in September 2012 was involved in a rollover accident.
 
These guys make all this money, when are they going to learn to leave the expensive cars at home and take a limo when they go out to party?
 
It’s not as if they can’t afford it.
