It's hard to be humble.

After Texas A&M QB Johnny Manziel’s arrogant attitude Saturday against Rice, he is definitely not earning the respect of some of former college footballs greatest coaches. As a matter of fact, some of them would like to inflict bodily pain on the cocky young quarterback.

Former Oklahoma coach Barry Switzer wanted to jerk his face mask and grab him after taunting a couple of Rice players and then disrespecting head coach Kevin Sumlin.

Switzer said Manziel’s actions wouldn’t have been tolerated in his day.

“I would have grabbed him by the throat,” former Notre Dame Coach Lou Holtz and current ESPN analyst said.

Commentator Matt Millen said he would have put his size 13 boot where the sun don’t shine.

Patriots QB Tom Brady when asked about Manziel said, "If you're a turd, it will come back to you."
