Patriots Gronkowski Has Ankle Surgery
New England Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski underwent successful surgery Friday to clean out his injured ankle. His recovery time is expected to take about 10 weeks and he should be fine in time for training camp.
Gronkowski was limited because of the ankle in the Super Bowl catching only two passes for 26 yards in the game.
Fans in Boston are still upset that the tight end was dancing with his shirt off and partying at the post game party after the game.
Some current and former players feel that Gronkowski was out of hand and should not have been whooping it up the night he lost in the Super Bowl.
