Aaron Rodgers Rips Pro Bowl Teammates
Written by Nolan Thomas, Tuesday January 31 2012
Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers did not like what he saw from a lot of his NFC Pro-Bowl teammates in the squads 59-41 loss on Sunday night.
Of the fans that did watch the game, me included, there was no effort and a lot of players, especially the lines, looked as if they were just going through the motions and were taking it easy.
Tuesday afternoon Rodgers told Jason Wilde of ESPN Milwaukee that he was “disappointed in the lack of pride” and that he was “surprised that some of the guys either didn't want to play or when they were in there didn't put any effort into it.”
The fans at the game in Hawaii agreed as boos could be heard throughout the game over the blatantly obvious lack of effort by the players in the game.
All-Star games are supposed to feature the best players in the game but if those players do not put any effort into the game then it is just a mockery and should not be played at all.
