Ochocinco Finally on Big Stage
Written by Nolan Thomas, Friday January 27 2012
Receiver Chad Ochocinco has always craved the spotlight and for the first time in his career and he will finally be on the big stage in Super Bowl XLVI on February 5 in Indianapolis with the New England Patriots.
Things seem a little different though as Ochocinco is not monopolizing the limelight and for the most part has just been an afterthought.
Sure, Ochocinco is excited about playing in the big game but it is not quite as he pictured it.
Throughout his career with the Cincinnati Bengals, he was the main man, the go-to guy, the superstar on the team that made big plays week after week, game after game.
It’s not the same with the Patriots, where he is just another guy on the team.
