Buccaneers hire Rutgers Greg Schiano as Head Coach
Greg Schiano, Rutgers head coach for the past 11 years, has been hired by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers to take over a team that struggled during a 4-12 season in 2011.
Schiano took Rutgers from being college football laughingstocks to a highly respected program that had six seasons with winning records and five bowl victories the last seven years.
The Buccaneers are hoping that Schiano can do the same for the Buccaneers and turn them into a consistently winning football team.
