Does the Pro-Bowl Draw Any Interest?

With the NFL Pro-Bowl coming up this weekend, you have to wonder if there will be any interest in the game.
In years past, the Pro-Bowl was played the week after the Super Bowl and drew little if any interest as it was more anti-climatic then anything else.
The past few years however, the Pro-Bowl has been played the week between the conference championship games and the Super Bowl which seems to have increased interest in the game if only slightly.
Die hard NFL fans will at least have a game they can tune into to get their football fix for another week before the Super Bowl ends the season as it should.
The one downfall to having the game a week before the Super Bowl is that players in the big game can not participate in the Pro-Bowl as they are preparing to win a ring. I don’t think any of those players are too disappointed however, as they would rather have a shot at a championship then a free trip to Hawaii.
Also that one year they moved the Pro-Bowl to Miami was a big mistake was a let down for the players as the idea of going to the islands just made being selected to the Pro-Bowl that much more enticing.
