Kansas City Chiefs college scouting director Phil Emery

and New England Patriots pro personnel director Jason Licht have been scheduled for second interviews this week.

San Diego Chargers director of player personnel Jimmy Raye, New York Giants director of college scouting Marc Ross and Bears player personnel director Tim Ruskell interviewed but have been eliminated from consideration.

In other Bears news, offensive coordinator Mike Tice will not interview for the Oakland Raiders head coaching job.
