Giants Romp Packers
Written by Nolan Thomas, Sunday January 15 2012
The New York Giants went in to Lambeau Field to play the Green Bay Packers as underdogs but came out with a 37-20 thrashing of the reigning Super Bowl Champs.
Giants quarterback Eli Manning threw three touchdown passes, including a Hail Mary pass to end the first half to Hakeem Nicks, and the Giants defense played tough all day in causing four Packers turnovers and sacking Aaron Rodgers four times.
The Giants will now travel west to play the San Francisco 49ers in the NFC Championship game next Sunday.
