Is Donald Trump Running the Canadiens?

Donald Trump made the phrase "You're Fired!' the signature of his reality show. Now it seems he might be the boss in Montreal. On Wednesday, Michael Cammalleri criticized the team. The next day, he was fired.
Ok, he was traded. But that is like being fired in the NHL. And the way he was fired would make the Donald or any reality show producer proud. Cammalleri was pulled from the game after the second period. He was sent to the hotel and told he was traded to Calgary. Montreal lost the game to the Bruins, 2-1.
Mid-game trades happen in sports. Jose Canseco was on deck in Baltimore when Oakland traded him to Texas. With all the baggage Canseco took with him, it probably was a message from the A's. Montreal claims the comments did not lead to the trade. But they might have led to the way Cammalleri was traded.
