Panthers Need a Streak

After beating the winless Colts the Panthers are on the cusp of doing something they have not accomplished since the 2009-10 season and that’s win two games in a row.
Ron Rivera said he wants to see his rookie quarterback, Cam Newton, in a position where he could have multiple victorious weeks, but it needs to start with two.
Sunday Carolina faces a Buccaneers team that has been equally inconsistent so the stage is set for two successive weeks.
Newton’s stats are gaudy but the team needs wins to take advantage of his skills.
