No. 4 Stanford and Quarterback Andrew Luck made a statement in beating Notre Dame 28-14 on Saturday.
Luck threw four touchdown passes in the game to pass John Elway for the most career touchdown passes in Stanford history.
ND quarterback Tommy Rees was ineffective as Stanford pressured him into an interception and a lost fumble before getting benched for Andrew Hendrix, who threw for 192 yards with a touchdown and ran for another score in the second half.
