Pittsburgh Has Cracks in the Curtain
Written by Daniel Turner, Tuesday November 08 2011
The vaunted Steel Curtain had the best seats in the house to watch the Ravens 13 play drive that sealed the deal on Sunday’s game. Sure, Pittsburgh had some opportunities to turn the tide, but this time they fell flat.
Now the 6-3 Steelers are facing surprising 6-2 Bengals that always get up for Pittsburgh and in a crowded AFC it is conceivable that they could miss the playoffs if they stumble against Cincinnati.
Tied with the Dolphins for four takeaways the Steel Curtain has to toughen up or forget the postseason.
