Terrell Owens Gets a Job Offer
Written by Travis Pulver, Wednesday October 26 2011
Drew Rosenhaus, agent for wide receiver Terrell Owens, said that teams were watching when his 37-year old client had his televised workout on Tuesday. Why spend the money to go to California when they could just watch the workout on television anyway, right?
As it turns out, Rosenhaus was right. There was at least one team watching and they have presented a job offer for TO. The team is from Chicago, and while Jay Cutler may like to have Owens to throw to, the Bears are not the team that made the offer.
It was the Chicago Rush of the Arena Football League.
"We feel that this is an ideal time to approach the future NFL Hall of Famer," said Rush General Manager and President Gene Nudo. "It would be a fantastic honor to add Terrell to our current roster for the 2012 season."
If you have never seen Gene Nudo, he is a dead ringer for WWE personality, Paul Bearer.
Hmmm. Paul Bearer…pall bearer…could this be a sign?
