2011 Fantasy Football: Week 7 Sleepers
Sometimes you need a fantasy gem to be successful. Here is a list of LestersLegends’ under the radar players that could possibly pull out a win for you in Week 7.
.
Colt McCoy vs. Seattle: McCoy is averaging 239.8 passing yards with eight touchdowns to three picks in five games. With Peyton Hillis banged up more responsibility could fall on his shoulders. Seattle is allowing 268.2 passing yards per game. I’m not that brave but if you want to roll the dice with Carson Palmer this week he could be a nice bye week fill-in against Kansas City.
.
Marshawn Lynch @ Cleveland: Seems like a good week to go into Beast Mode. He’s averaging 87.7 total yards in his past three games with a touchdown in his past two games. Cleveland is giving up 129.8 rushing yards per game. Mark Ingram also makes a solid play against Indianapolis. Maurice Morris is a deep sleeper play against Atlanta.
.
Doug Baldwin @ Cleveland: Don’t get me wrong. I don’t think Seattle is going to be some major powerhouse this week. However, with 13 catches in his past two games for 220 yards and a score Baldwin has some potential. I’m not convinced the Bears have solved their safety woes and Arrelious Benn is a nice deep threat against them. If you’re just looking to get some points on the board Jabar Gaffney, who is facing Carolina, has had at least 54 yards every game this year.
.
Kyle Rudolph vs. Green Bay Packers: The Vikings finally made the call for the Christian Ponder era to begin. I can see fellow rookie Rudolph clicking with him right away. The young tight end has great hands and is one of the few difference makers on the Vikings offense.
.
Dallas Cowboys Defense/Special Teams vs. St. Louis: The Cowboys are middle of the pack in points allowed (24.2 ppg), but the Rams are dead last in scoring (9.8 ppg). The Cowboys have 16 sacks and the Rams have allowed a league high 22. With Bradford (ankle) hurting the Boys should make some noise.
