Humphries and Kardashian Sign Pre-Nup

New Jersey Nets forward Kris Humphries and his new bride, Kim Kardashian, are not taking any chances with their individual finances as it has been reported that they have signed a pre-nuptual agreement.
You have to wonder however whose idea it was to sign one though. Was it Humphries trying to protect his bank account or was it Kardashian who probably would not want to share any of her reality TV millions?
Either way, it was probably a good idea for Humphries because if something was to happen and for some reason the marriage did not work out, Kardashian and her mother would probably take him to the cleaners.
