Sidney Rice Agrees to Deal with Seahawks
Former Vikings receiver Sidney Rice agreed to a five-year deal with the Seattle Seahawks on Wednesday.
He will join former Vikings teammate Tarvaris Jackson who the Seahawks agreed to a deal with on Tuesday.
Rice is coming off an injury-plagued 2010 season where he played in only six games after missing the first 10 games. He only caught 17 passes last season.
In 2009 however, Rice was among the top receivers in the league after catching 83 passes for 1,312 yards and eight touchdowns.
