Former Tiger Woods mistress Rachel Uchitel has reportedly returned a majority of the money that she received from Woods after his lawyer said he believed that she violated the confidentiality agreement that she had signed.

In  addition, according to a new report, Uchitel is now in a battle with her lawyer, Gloria Allred, who originally negotiated an $8 million settlement just hours before she was about to hold a news conference about her affair with Woods while he was still married, would still collect her attorney’s fees.

As part of the settlement Uchitel signed a confidentiality agreement which prohibited her from talking about the affair with Woods and if she violated the agreement, she would have to return the money she received in addition to Woods suing her for damages.

Woods' lawyer Jay Lavely contacted Allred earlier this year concerning the return of the settlement money because it was their belief that Uchitel violated the confidentiality agreement.

Uchitel spoke to TMZ and appeared on "Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew" last year and even though she never specifically talked about Woods on the show, Allred convinced her she would "lose if push came to shove."
