Tyler Hamilton, a former teammate of cyclist Lance Armstrong told “60 Minutes” that he used performance-enhancing drugs with Armstrong to cheat, including during the Tour de France.

Hamilton says Armstrong took a blood-booster called EPO during the 1999, 2000 and 2001 Tour and he won each time.

Armstrong has adamantly denied using any PED’s and has never failed a drug test.

Hamilton said that he saw EPO in Armstrong’s refrigerator and that he actually saw him inject the drug on numerous occasions.

By increasing the number of red blood cells in the body, EPO increases an athlete’s endurance.

Armstrong’s attorney said that Hamilton is only saying these things so that he could get himself on 60 Minutes and get his name in the news in order to increase his chances with publishers with a book he is writing.

Hamilton’s statement comes just about exactly a year to the day that another former Armstrong teammate, Floyd Landis, also said that he was doping along with other members of the U.S. Postal team.

Landis sent numerous emails to sponsors and sports officials alleging that Armstrong not only did the drugs with him, but taught other cyclists how to beat the system and that he paid off cycling officials to keep quiet about a failed drug test.

The “60 Minutes” segment will air in its entirety Sunday at 7 p.m. Eastern.
