Antonio Gates is suffering from torn plantar fascia in his right foot and he could miss the MNF game against Denver. While his employers, the Chargers, are anxious to find out if he can go, so are fantasy players who have benefitted from his 40 catches for 663 yards and nine touchdowns.

The Chargers will be first to know if Philip Rivers must seek other targets, but Gates has promised to send out a tweet for the fantasy boys if he won’t see action.
