Carmelo Anthony Likely to Leave Nuggets
According to an ESPN the Magazine report, all signs lead to the fact that Carmelo Anthony will most likely not sign a three-year $65 million contract extension with the Denver Nuggets and will end up playing elsewhere next season.
According to the report, it is now a matter of when, not if, Anthony will go his separate ways.

Nuggets owner Stan Kroenke knew that Anthony wanted out at Anthony’s wedding reception.
During the toasts, several NBA players, including New Orleans Hornets guard Chris Paul, mentioned that Anthony should leave the Nuggets for the Knicks and the groom did not dismiss the idea.
Then Kroenke stood up to give a toast and the room went silent, especially when he suggested that Chris Paul come to the Nuggets.
