Urban Meyer has all coaches undergo physicals
According to a report on ESPN.com,
Meyer resigned in late December last year after he had chest pains and was rushed to the hospital. Although he changed his mind the next day and decided to take a leave of absence instead of retiring from coaching.
He was diagnosed with esophageal spasms and he is now taking prescription medication.
Because of the scare he had, Meyer wanted to make sure that his staff was all in good shape and after spring practice in April, he had them all take the examinations.
The extensive checkups included blood panels, stress tests and physical exams and for many of the coaches, they had never been through such detailed exams before.

Meyer took a step back in January as he did not hit the road recruiting even though he was still working every day through national signing day. In March, he returned for spring practice but he did get a little vacation time in between.
